Product Compliance

All Scruffy Cub products meet the following EU requirements:

• Flammability requirements under applicable EU textile regulations
• REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006) — lead, cadmium, bisphenols and phthalate levels within permitted limits
• EU Textile Labelling Regulation (EU 1007/2011) — fibre composition and care instructions on all garments
• General Product Safety Regulation (EU 2023/988)

Age & Safe Use

All Scruffy Cub products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Our products are not designed for or marketed to children.

Please follow the care label inside each garment. Improper washing or drying may affect the fabric and print quality. Care symbols comply with ISO 3758.

EU Warranty

Your statutory rights under German law (Section 437 BGB) cover defects that existed at the time of delivery for a period of 2 years. If you received an item with a production defect, misprint or damage, please let us know as soon as possible via our contact form. We stand behind our quality and will make it right.

Safety Concerns & Incidents

If you experience a safety issue with any Scruffy Cub product, please contact us immediately via our contact form. We will respond within 5 business days. In case of a serious risk, we will take immediate action — including product recall if necessary — and cooperate fully with relevant market surveillance authorities.

Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body but are willing to do so if required.
