Shipping policy
Sustainable production matters to us - which is why processing takes a little extra time. Every piece also goes through a quality check before it heads your way. It keeps quality high and waste low, but it can also mean your order takes an extra 1-2 days to leave our hands. Worth the wait.
Dispatch & Delivery
Order processing takes 1-3 business days, up to 5 during peak periods. We share this because transparency matters to us. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and includes both processing and shipping time. Once your order is on its way you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Notes
We're starting close to home. Right now we can only deliver within Germany - everywhere else will have to sit tight a little longer. We're working on it, and the den will let you know the moment that changes.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Once a parcel is on its way we can't redirect it. No P.O. boxes.
Some orders ship in more than one parcel. You'll get individual tracking links for each.
Defects & Issues
Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please get in touch within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we'll look into it.
