Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you (not the carrier), take possession of the goods. Our full contact details are listed in our legal notice.

The fastest way is through our return request form – that way you'll have your order number ready, which you'll find in your order confirmation. You can also declare your withdrawal informally, by email or post – a clear statement is enough. Alternatively, you can fill out our model withdrawal form and send it to us – though this isn't required.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. We will confirm receipt without delay.

What Happens Next

After you notify us of your withdrawal, we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be on its way back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are yours to cover. We cover the standard outbound shipping costs.

Please only handle the item the way you would in a store – trying it on, yes; wearing it, no. We inspect every return once it arrives. If the item shows signs of use beyond trying it on (e.g. worn, washed, odor), we may deduct compensation for the loss in value from your refund – in individual cases up to the full price, if the item can no longer be resold as new. Your right of withdrawal itself is not affected.

Once we receive your return, or you've sent us proof of shipment (whichever happens first), we'll issue your refund within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or you provide proof of return shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, at no extra cost to you. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since our confirmation and you still haven't received it, please get in touch via our contact form.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Your right to a full refund is not affected by this. If you'd prefer store credit for a new order instead, just let us know when you submit your return.

Defects & Warranty

If your order arrived with a production defect, misprint, or transport damage that was already present at delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can sort it out. Your statutory warranty rights under Section 437 BGB cover defects that existed at the time of delivery for a period of 2 years.

This right of withdrawal is based on Sections 312g and 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights. Applicable law: German law. Place of jurisdiction: Berlin, Germany.
